Homes for JNCO, CGO, FGO, SM and SGO are located in this lovely wooded neighborhood, ranging in size from two to four bedrooms. Within the next few years, construction will begin on a new general officer neighborhood and an E9 neighborhood along the Post's golf course.

The two, three, four, and five bedroom family homes made up of JNCO, SNCO, CGO and FGO rank bands lie within Dogwood Terrace. New CGO, SNCO and JNCO homes are being constructed on existing slabs within the neighborhood as well.
