Dogwood Terrace’s two, three, four and five bedroom family homes for JNCO, SNCO, CGO and FGO rank bands all lie within rolling terrain with large natural areas alongside creeks flowing throughout the neighborhood, supporting the abundant wildlife. Dogwood Terrace fully supports the active lifestyle, with two large recreational parks and several smaller parks within the neighborhood. As of March 2010, Dogwood Terrace has its very own Neighborhood Center, ripe with entertainment. Residents of Dogwood Terrace can also look forward to a dog park scheduled to be completed in the near future. New CGO, SNCO and JNCO homes are being constructed on existing slabs within Dogwood Terrace.
