Located on North Fort, Maple Terrace’s two and three bedroom homes for JNCO, CGO and FGO rank bands range in size from 950 – 1,200 square feet. These homes are currently receiving moderate renovations to modernize the interiors. Fort Polk’s second neighborhood center opened in May 2009 in Maple Terrace. The Acadian style luxury facility is open to all Army families living on post at Fort Polk, offering numerous amenities for Army families, including a club room, multi-purpose room, media room, Wii game room, fitness room, computer lab, laundry facility, Olympic size swimming pool and even a kiddie pool and playground. And to keep the little ones happy and active, Maple Terrace now has 15 new playgrounds, so there’s plenty of fun to go around!
